Dear Pantaloon
I have really bad experience to shop from Pantaloon. I has bought two piece from Forum outlet. Just after second time use some spot at the shoulder of coat. I filed complaint at outlet and also gave back coat to outlet supervisor, he told me that it is stain of some liquid but i replied its not stain and seem material problem used inside, however after dry cleaned by Pantaloon outlet, stain appeared more dark. However I left the coat at Pantaloon outlet and told them to investigate such sub-standard stuff used inside during stitching. I hope Pantaloon administration will take the action and compensate accordingly.
