i am using PTCL broadband since last three years,my pkgaae is 1 MB,but never get speed like 1MB and if i got some problem then no body listen you even you visit their office and they took min. 15 to 25 days to resolve it after bundle of your complaint,3rd class customer service they have,they just write down your complaint but did not take any action,you have to wait 2/3 weeks for rectification,GD Star Ratingloading…
