My name is Sheikh Taimur Nawaz. I am writing this message with shear disappointment, your staff is absolutely incompetent and unprofessional. I ordered very expensive tiles and bath room fittings and when I called my plumber from abroad I was surprised to know that there is no mixture fitting although I categorically asked sales staff to make sure that everything is complete. Then we had to order more tiles, the staff ordered wrong tiles and now it’s been over 10 days my washroom is still not ready. The point to be noted here is that there is hassle as we cannot use our washroom, my wife has to make reminder calls and my driver made at least 3 to 4 trips due to missing shower items. It is only one washroom and I am wondering it would be a nightmare if one orders the tiles and accessories for the whole house.
I will surely visit S Abdullah outlet (builders mall) on my return and sort out manager and will warn my friends and family to avoid buying anything from your outlet.
Your staff have no etiquettes as nobody is apologetic and are smiling like idiots for their mistake which has caused such hassle for me and my family.
Pleas have mercy on your customers and treat them with respect as I am spending hard earned money and such issues are unwarranted.
